Healing Power of Love

I have always believed in the healing power of love and human touch. Our bodies are amazing. Think about when you get a cut. Your blood automatically creates a scab, a covering to help you heal. Your skin grows back together. Think about it!! It's simply amazing. Good cells fight bad cells. A friend of mine recently had a terrible fall and broke both his arms. And he cut his face badly enough for stitches. When I actually saw him in person, I could hardly tell he had scabs all down his face. His body had healed amazingly! But I watched a video of him in which he told a story, but told it over the course of a week and each time it changed to a new day, his face looked so much better. It was an amazing video and I'd love for you to watch it.

 So just like Jeff's face, our bodies are amazing and can heal through the process of our bodies healing and making that which was injured or broken new again. We as people are called to work together to heal, to make new, to provide for those hurting, broken and have fallen on hard times. We do that through love. Only through love do we do anything that we have passion for, because we believe in it. Think about your life. Where can you show a little more love to make the world a better place?
